During my gourmet getaway at Utz Jay, just a stone's throw away from the vibrant shops and eateries of Panajachel town, I was treated to a culinary journey like no other. As a coffee producer, I have a keen palate, and El Bistro, a mere 0.09 km stroll from my elegant room, satisfied my every craving. I indulged in a delectable spread at breakfast, far superior to the dismal white bread offerings found elsewhere. Casa Cakchiquel and Restaurante Hana may have been within walking distance, but the innovative dishes crafted here were unparalleled. The care and passion put into each meal truly shone through. For a diverse culinary experience coupled with cozy accommodations, Utz Jay is a hidden gem waiting to be savored.
